office for iPad has been updated for the draw function. I just tested it and it works great.
 
Amazingly still can't move hand written text around on onenote though - unless I'm missing something!?!

Yes that is one reason I moved, apart from being frustrated with Penultimate. I also tried GoodNotes but this has the drawback of only importing PDF whereas NB can import test or rtf.

Only issue I found is that it won't backup from the iPad to Dropbox, but the mac version will. Other wishlist is some form of tagging to help organise notes. Apart from these it is now my most used app for notes.

You're not missing anything. I'd love for the select feature to come to iOS, but for me, it's not a deciding factor. It has handwriting support and that holds me over for a lot!

Yep! LOVE annotating on Surface Pro so this is a VERY welcome feature for iOS!!
