Microsoft Office Error

When I start up Office I get an error that says 'microsoft framework library cannont be loaded'. I tried reinstalling but still get the same error. I can still use word though. What is that this framework library does?
 
I'm having the same problem. I did post a message about it on here, then i found your post. Did you ever get it sorted?
