Okay, I need a hand here. I upgraded to 10.7.2 and Outlook is now crashing on me before I can do anything. Once I click on the Outlook window, it crashes and I get the following error:

I'm using the Microsoft Database Utility and it's rebuilding whatever (taking all day). If that doesn't work, is it safe to just re-install Office without losing my data? I have so many important emails and calendar appointments and losing all of that would be seriously inconvenient...

I had the same issue and rebuilt the identity, and knock on wood, haven't had any problems since then. It takes some time, but seems to be a strong solution.

Thank you. I'll report back on whether or not it works for me. It's more than half way done with step 3 or 4. Do I need to reboot or anything before starting Outlook again?
