Microsoft Outlook - sorting emails

With Outlook for Mac can you see multiple sorting options like you can see in Windoes version. For some reason I can only see single one?

I have attached photo example of how you can see multiple sorting options on Win but I cant only see single one on the Mac....

That is exactly what I was looking for......Not as ideal as I dont like Reading Panel on the bottom, but when I need it I can quickly do it, so good solutions.

Hey Microsoft you should fix this!!!!!
