Looking to get a Surface 2 as Windows will make work a bit easier, but it's been over 10 years since I've had a windows laptop. Always had MBPs.
Was going to get the i5 and then thought, wait, maybe it could be fine for gaming too - I could get the i7 8GBand do a little catching up on modern games. 16GB one is out of budget..
You think the i7 8GB Surface Laptop 2 would handle anything new? Settings don't need to be high, just don't want a lag fest. If not I'll just forget it and get the i5..
