Microsoft teams????!

Hi. Updated to iOS 16.6.1. I can no longer see my files. Can see the chat tab. Authenticator flashes briefly and then disappears. I can see my files on my Air but not iPhone. Help!?

Also can see on old iPad, again not updated. Must be something to do with Microsoft security but no idea how to fix it? This is what I see instead of list of folders.

Have you tried reinstalling Teams?

Yes. Several times. Seems related to mobile app. Desktop ok at the moment!!!! iPad now also failing to show files. 😢

Activate debug console on your phone, then connect it to your mac to see if there are errors when you try to access the files from teams.

From there, you can then report the errors to Microsoft within the app store, but i am guessing they are updating the software as we speak to be compatible with the latest IOS version.

Teams works fine on all my 16.6.1 devices, Teams has a lot of weird configurations your company can set, I'm wondering if maybe they did something on that end that is screwing stuff up.

Did you try clicking the "more" button at the bottom right? My "Files" button is in there now with a bunch of stuff I never use.
