Microsoft Whois record hacked

I was using Network Utility to do a few pings to my router when I decided I'd play around with the whois lookup feature. Off the top of my head I put in 'microsoft.com' and it came up with a hacked record.

I then googled to see if it has been reported already, and of course it has - but the funny thing is that it's been 15 days and they haven't done anything about it.
