Microsoft Windows Server process running...

I moved to Mac's to get away from hogging Microsoft processes!

I have Office 2008 installed and some Windows process is running! Office is not open and no copy of Windows is installed on my Blackbook. Ideas?

That isn't a Windows Server but the OSX windowserver. It draws the GUI for OSX. Check out this wiki article.
