Microsoft Word access

Can anyone tell me how to fix this. It appears to only recently happened as I have used these files before.

When attempting to open a word document I get the following pop ups

Does anyone know why this has happened and how do I fix it

Do the files being to you or did someone share them? They may have revoked access.

Looks like iCloud Drive was turned off - hence the iCloud Drive archive folder.

They belong to me. Some has suggested it is to do with permissions. Which means nothing to me

Are you logged into the iCloud account where the docs are stored? Can you access them with your iPhone or iPad? What if you try to open then using Pages?
