Microsoft Word Spelling & Grammar Checker

When the Word Spelling & Grammar Checker identifies a word it does not recognise in a Word Document the option to "Add" that word to the Dictionary is not available as an option. (The key is there but the colour subdued and clicking on it has no effect). This was not always the case - any ideas on why it has changed and how I might change it back?😕

As with the other thread on Spaces, you don't identify your OS. You really need to do that every time.
