Most of that, if not all of that runs off of ChatGPT from OpenAI. Apple has has yet to produce meaningful AI itself from in house.
The Bubble bursting doesn't mean the end of AI, Websites didn't go away when the dot-com bubble burst in the late 90s, just the endless nonsense companies selling nothing and existing only to bump up stock prices went away
