I think by now everyone knows that the term "iPod killer" is exclusively used for cheap, gimmicky imitations that end up being sold out at half price soon, because nobody wants them. "iPod killer" is never used for a serious competitor. So I assume that what Microsoft plans is indeed an "iPod killer"

Please don't listen to that creative case, Apple has been using that stuff there suing about, in Macs, since 1984, drop down menu idea, but on the iPod, you can only view one window at a time
