Mid 09 Sound to Cinema Display?

I'm thinking of picking up the 27'' when it arrives, but I don't know how I'm going to be able to use the speakers in the new display? My MBP doesn't have MiniDisplay Port with audio and I don't think that the display has any ports to connect something else? Anyone got any ideas on how/if I can make audio work?

It's a June 2009 Macbook Pro. 15'', 2.8Ghz stock model.

USB will channel the audio to the display

The 27 inch does support USB audio. It actually supports both MDP audio and USB audio.
