Resolved Mid 2011 iMac 21.5" target display mode?

I have read conflicting reports on if this will work or not. Can a mid 2011 21.5" iMac work for target display mode? I was under the impress that the 27" was the only one that could but now I keep reading different. Anyone have any info?

ok, I got to answer my own question just now. Yes the mid 2011 works in Target Display mode. And then you can either turn if off to go back or use screen sharing if you just want something quick. An interesting combination.
