MP 1,1-5,1 Mid 2012 wifi but no internet

My new to me mid 2012 mac pro 5.1 on high Sierra for some reason is getting IP address without Internet access. My ISP is spectrum I already tryed rebooting the router , deleting wifi profiles but no luck. Sometimes the 2.4ghz gives me internet for a minute or so then the 5ghz and than nothing. Every other other device connects fine . Any help or suggestion would be great. Thanks in advance
