Mid 2014 - MBP 13" on Samsung LED Curved S27D590C Display?

Got a mid 2014 macbookpro 13" and looking for a new display.
Came across the curved Samsung S27D590C and it fits my budget perfectly. Sadly I can't find any reviews about it in connection with apple products.

Does it work with my Macbook via Mini-Display-Port? I won't be able to get 4k@60hz out of it I guess?

Any links to reviews or experiences are more than appreciated. Want to pick it up today if it's a solid monitor.

You won't get 4K @ 60 Hz that's for sure. But it'll work via mDP. And if you use SwitchResX and do some tweaking, you can push it to 52 Hz.

Thanks, I actually got it to work via Mini Display Port @50hz at 3008x1692 with SwitchResX

If I up the resolution, it still works but all fonts get nasty small. I would have to zoom in on every browser and application, unless there is a work around for it.
