Might have been asked but why no split-screen iPad 2017?..

Edit... never mind, I guess I can multitask I just can't do so right out of the box. :?

    *old post
I mean the size and specs of this guy put it above the Air 2 and Mini 4, but why no split-screen option? I know it's a budget laptop... but again it's specs beat mini 4 and Air 2, so the omission of split screen makes no sense.

    Kallum.

Edit: Just realized you have an iPad Pro. Am I missing something?

Split screen is definitely possible on the new iPad. You just need to swipe left from the right edge of the screen WHILE using an app to select the 2nd app for the split screen.

I just bought a 2017 regular iPad and it wouldn't let me use split screen. I'll tinker with it for a bit. Thanks.

Not all apps support split screen.
