Mighty Mouse Pinch and Zoom

I have been trying to figure out if this is possible and have not had any luck. From some of the promo material it looked like this was going to be possible.

Anyone have info whether it is doable? Thanks

My Magic Mouse (haha) won't do the pinch-to-zoom gesture.

Marketing at the bottom of the page suggests get a more friendly trackpad.

Tap to zoom works though, better than nothing.

The app description on the Mac App Store says, "Some gestures are not available on Magic Mouse."
