Please please please can someone help.

:eek:I have somehow managed to set the primary click on my mouse to run Illustrator, so once it is running the mouse becomes useless and can't be used.

I cannot reset the system preferences because the mouse click only runs the programme, I have tried an old mouse but the systems preferences are not the same as that for the mighty mouse.

Only way around it I can see is to uninstall CS3 but really don't want to do that for obvious reasons.

    Heeeeeelp.

    keyboard shortcuts to the rescue!

press "control-F2" to highlight the Apple menu and press down a few times and enter to select System Preferences. type "mouse" (or tab to Keyboard and Mouse) and press down and enter to select "Mouse buttons". press tab until "Primary Button" is selected and then press up a few times and enter to select "Primary Button".
