My hard drive failed and I've lost all my music and apps from iTunes. Is there a way of getting it off my iPod Touch back into iTunes again? The back up I thought I had actually isn't. Lesson learned. :(

The music you can transfer to your iTunes library with SharePod which is free. The apps if you log into your iTunes account on your PC then from the menu bar select Store>Authorize This Computer. Now connect your touch and from the menu bar selecting File>Transfer Purchases will copy them over to your iTunes library. Any apps that were not on your touch you can redownload through the same iTunes account they were purchased on for free.

If you have any playlists you want to move from your touch you can right click on them under Devices in iTunes and select export, then go File>Library>Import Playlist to move the into iTunes.
