Hey there,

Previously had an ibook G4, and I have 2 ipods (ipod touch and an old first gen nano that i use for running... and i have the nike + program). Just bought a new Macbook.

I have already run migration assistant and most of my files and apps are in their new home. But one thing I notice is there hasn't been a smooth transition for my ipods. I have yet to sync them with my new computer because I had specific playlists for them (mostly because the library is way bigger than the actual space on my ipods). And when i try and sync it wants to erase and start over.

Is there something else I need to do, perhaps import playlists? or is there an easier way to sync an ipod onto a new computer without erasing and readding everything. :apple:

Can't you just resync them with the same playlists you originally had?
