Migrating pc to MAC software

Is there a software out there to migrate a pc to a mac? I'm looking for a virtualization solution but more like other option like from Belkin Switch PC to Mac cable.

what exactly do you want to migrate? your user accounts and whatnot?

the normal way to do it is via a network cable, or an external HDD - then just copy all the files over.
