Someone wise once told me, less words = more responses. In honor of that...

fixed HD replacement issues I had. clean install of OSX leopard. did updates. Started migration assistant. Found old tiger info, 49.5GB of data. Copied over and choose to replace existing user file (due to same user names). Went into accounts, deleted OSX Leopard original username, kept migrated tiger username.

Can I PERMANENTLY delete this 49.5GB of data that is housing inside of HD --> Users --> Deleted Users?

Sure, I don't see why not if you've copied everything you want and it's not being used.
