Hey all,

So for reasons explained in a previous thread, I had to reinstall Snow Leopard. That all went fine. However, I'm now trying to bring back old files from a TM backup I did just before I reinstalled Snow Leopard. I'm trying to use Migration Assistant rather than copying over individual files and folders - makes sense. The only problem is that Migration Assistance isn't recognizing my TM backup. I've attached a screen shot. My old backup is on the drive "Storage". Any help at all would be great.

Thanks,
Trevor

Verify that Mac OS X can see the drive.
Also, in order for Mac OS X to realize that it's a Time Machine drive, there should be an invisible "flag file" (0 bytes in size) at the root of the drive, called com.apple.timemachine.supported - if this file is missing for some reason, Migration Assistant won't pick it up.
