Migration Assistant, Photoshop CS4, High Speed Internet

Will Migration Assistant fully copy all of my Photoshop CS4 files from my old iMac (Leopard) to my new iMac or MacBook Pro computer?

Will Migration Assistant also copy my high speed internet settings without further assistance from the service provider?

It should do both. I recently used Migration Assistant and all of my CS4 settings and files were transferred over perfectly as far as I can tell. The only problems I had were with Little Snitch.
