Migration assistant question.

Since I have never had windows systems to test this on. What does migration assistant actually transfer from windows systems?
I figure not much? Or am I wrong?

This Apple Support page lists what is moved and how to perform the transfer:

Migration Assistant copies contacts, calendars, email accounts, and more from your Windows PC to the appropriate places on your Mac. It doesn’t delete information from your PC or replace the operating system (macOS) on your Mac.
