Tried to help housemate with new iPhone 13 from Xfinity.
Unfortunately, the new phone is on iOS 17 and it tried to update to 17.0.3 but spent all night without actually finishing. Since it's in the initial migration, I can't tell whether it updated the operating system or not. I reset it once last night and it just repeated the same problem overnight.
I suggested that he have someone take him to the Xfinity store and have them solve the problem. It's unfortunate that they sent out a phone with broken software. Then again, they sent a SIM card that didn't fit the slot.
