My SS AW has accompanied me on some adventures. Festivals; swimming (pools and open water); hiking trips and so on.
After polishing the watch, it looks like on the first day, however, for the milanaise band i feel like it is a bit stained. Any ideas on how to clean/polish it properly?

I would throw it in an ultrasonic water bath and see if that doesn't clean it right up. Take it to a jeweler if you don't have access to one.

I just wash it down with hot water and a little bit of soap. I then dry it with a microfiber cloth. After seeing the water getting a little bit foggy, light brown-ish. I keep it until it was clear water running down from the band as well.

Thus is what I did. Regular ol' dish soap. Good enough for my SS cookware, good enough for my Watch.

Just remember to detach the watch band before putting into a ultrasonic bath. I've read some stories about folks bricking their watch.
