Mini 2 Switcher Lag Free(finally!)

The iOS 9+ app switcher has never been smooth on my iPad mini. Since iOS 9.0 b1 it's been a complete lagfest.
It finally appears to have been resolved with 10.2, even the homescreen card doesn't drop frames.
Anyone else?

Same with my Mini 2 4G. Smooth like never before!


The bad thing is that it's my backup device and i will be dissapointed if my iPad mini 4 is still stuttering when 10.2 is released...

That's weird. I get why the 7/7+ has problems but why the mini 4?

No switcher lags on my 6s, 6, 5s and now my Mini 2.
