im not sure the best way to explain it. Basically the screen seems to smudge really easy or there's some film on it that's hard to get off. My iPad Air or iPhones weren't like this Any of you noticed a "film" or smudgy look that's hard to get off? I really notice it when viewing a site like this that has a predominately white background.
I've tried cleaning it with a microfiber cloth to no avail. I have not tried using a little water or anything yet.

The same has been said about the Air 2. On my Air 2, I try breathing on the hard-to-clean spots before using the microfiber cloth and that helps a lot.

Day #3 of using the Mini 4 and do not have a smudging problem. At all. I was worried about it before I ordered it, and even asked about that on this site. I do have dry hands. I'm thinking maybe younger folks with more oils in their skin maybe the reason?

Breathing on it before using the microfiber cloth helped a lot. Thanks!

I thought new devices come with an Oleophobic coating. As such, wiping them down may actually cause that coating to wear off the smudging to get worse.

I have an abundance of Zagg Shield Spray and cleaning cloths in work, so I use them to clean all my devices. Works a treat.

I'm glad someone else noticed it too! I have a "scratch" but it's not a scratch, it's a smudge line that's really really hard to remove. Don't know what to do - I may just go swap it for a cellular version anyways...
