I have not been able to find a reference to the latest EFI.
Mine is at 133.0.0.0.0

Based on the scheme this looks like a recent version. Is it the latest?

If you have installed the security update released this week, you have the latest.

Yup, on the latest. 133.0.0.0.0 must be it.
