Mini CPU Upgrade?

    The CPUs in the new minis are soldered in place.

    Any picture proof of this? Not saying your wrong, I'd just like to see it.

    I've already seen that article. Is there any pics of the actual cpu of the new Mini though?

    So mr. Eagle Eyes, are you spotting that socket under this micro-FCPGA chip carrier? No? Tell you why, that's because it isn't there.

    Can anyone tell me if there is sata anywhere in the mini? I know there is on the hdd but is there a sata connection on the superdrive?

    yes. again, this has all been discussed in previous threads and all the dismantling/unboxing articles. the optical drive is sata.
