I just ordered two for my 2x24" LED displays, so we'll see how it goes, but it'll be a nice relief not to stretch every millimeter out of my cables. Good luck

I know that, but they've bumped their ETA date back 3 times, and I need these in time for my edit suite remodel. $10 more/cable to have them now vs. waiting until god knows when is worth it to some people.

I don't see why not. I'll try them with my 23" ACD later tonight and let you know.

That would be great. The big ugly dongle right next to the MBP is terrible. If it could be a nice slim MDP connector and put the dongle out of the way closer to the monitor, that'd be swell.

If you need a longer extension, DataPro has 10-foot and 15-foot Mini-DisplayPort extension cables in stock now. You can even chain their 6-foot with their 15-foot cable (at least, it worked from a Mac Mini to the 24" Apple LED Cinema Display).
