    Update: Got these delivered today, and they work perfectly. So for all you wanting to put your Mac Pros on the floor, get em while they're hot!

    They aren't available yet, but you can get these a lot cheaper at MonoPrice.

    Can you use this and still attach a MDP to DVI dongle?

    I know that, but they've bumped their ETA date back 3 times, and I need these in time for my edit suite remodel. $10 more/cable to have them now vs. waiting until god knows when is worth it to some people.

    I don't see why not. I'll try them with my 23" ACD later tonight and let you know.

    That would be great. The big ugly dongle right next to the MBP is terrible. If it could be a nice slim MDP connector and put the dongle out of the way closer to the monitor, that'd be swell.
