Mini DisplayPort - VGA Adapter Plug and Play issue

Hello. Plug and Play works fine under Mac OS/X on my MBP 2010 17". However, there seems to be a driver issue with Bootcamp. Under Vista 64-bit, When I unplugged the adapter while the MBP was connected to an external monitor, the system crashed with an error message about the Nvidia driver. Is there a fix on it yet?
