iPad mini Mini have faster processor than iPad 2?

Sorry guys - yeah exactly as described - the serial number check thingy on Chipmunk (http://www.chipmunk.nl/klantenservice/applemodel.html) combined with the serial number from my Apple Support profile.
Mine is not there. Is it because it didn't ship yet? Waiting on a LTE Mini.

Ipad mini is smaller so maybe at 800 mhz should be enough. Save battery as well.
