Ok so i bought lion for my MBP and went to install it on my Mini. it acts like itt is going to instal and then at reboot it asks for the language, then if i want to restore from time machine, reinstall lion, (something else i cant remember), and disk manager. i have tried all of these and no use. my mini is as far as i know compatible with lion.
    I have os 10.6.8 installed.
2.26 GHz intel Core 2 Duo
    4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
does anyone know why it is doing this and wont allow me to instal lion? any tips?

Your mini is compatible with Lion and it should install.

Can you boot your mini at all now or it kind of stuck in limbo?

If you can boot it at all, you may want to try repairing permissions on the drive. Others have reported that helps.

Also - do you have a bootcamp partition? Others (and myself) have had problems installing with the bootcamp partition.
