Mini power brick died today

Late 2009 Mac mini with the 110w external power brick. Luckily I had a couple spares, but in my many years using Mac mini's since 2005, this is the first time I have ever had one die.

Anyone else ever have this happen?

Power supplies are generally very reliable but it happens. Heard of a few dying but insignificant numbers.

My 2009 mini is my daily driver -- haven't had the brick die either, but I do keep a spare around I got cheap on Ebay just in case. I always loved the concept of having a separate power supply, something I can easy swap out if needed. Will miss it when I eventually upgrade to the newest model.
