SIZE & WEIGHT:
YES PEOPLE IT'S BIG! I am surprise on how many people are shell shocked by it's size. However, I absolutely love the size and weight. Weight feels great, used it all night in bed (without keyboard) and on train ride into the city. I wanted bigger, expected bigger and that's exactly what I got. :) The screenshots are size differences between Air, Standard laptop and travel laptop. You do NOT need a laptop bag to carry the iPad Pro around with you.

KEYBOARDS:
I bought the Logitech keyboard & I have the Apple Keyboard on order. But after playing with the Apple Keyboard in the store, & comparing it to the Logitech keyboard, My early opinion is I'll I like the Logitech keyboard better for typing fast. However, it's heavier and bulky. I love the back-lit feature, and the shortcut keys (which the Apple keyboard does not have) are awesome. I love the fact it protects the entire Ipad. However, it's extremely hard to put on and take off. I am always afraid I'm going to crack the iPad. I also wish the material was made better. As far as the new on screen keyboard, I like it, but it's much easier to use in portrait mode if your holding it with two hands and wish it also had the split keyboard feature.

RESOLUTION:
Being a photographer, I was expecting my pictures to have a whole new look (pop/detail) to them on the Pro vs. Air 2 but it doesn't really seem to be the case, and so far I haven't had the "WOW" factor. Text definitely seems crisper and sharper. I played a couple of movies on the Pro, and they look great, but nothing eye popping over the Air 2. (I travel a lot and watch a ton of movies on the airplane, so I love the bigger screen)

SPEAKERS:
Speakers sound great. Problem is when you hold it in landscape mode, your hands cover up 2 of the 4 speakers. But, 85% of the time, I'm wearing wireless headphones so it doesn't bother me that bad. A little vibration, but nothing to crazy. Overall very impressed compared to my Air 2.

PENCIL:
Yeah, Yeah, along with everyone else, I am scratching my head how Apple didn't have enough supply on launch day. I'm expecting mine late next week. However, I was able to use the pencil in the store and was completely blown away by it. Extremely responsive, no lag.

Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. (128gig Wifi/LTE). To me bigger is better. I love the size for gaming, movies, surfing the web, etc. It's comfortable to hold, & definitively not too heavy. For me, this isn't a laptop, it isn't a tablet. It's somewhere in between. But, there is no way I will batch edit RAW files on it. But I knew that going in and I'm OK with that. Sure, I'll edit a few pictures here and there, but when it comes to editing 80gigs of pictures at a time, nothing will be able to replace my laptop with Adobe Lightroom. Some early on gripes is the screen is a fingerprint magnet, when using it "plugged in", it doesn't seem to charge and it definitely takes a lot longer to charge vs. Air 2. Also no split keyboard feature.

Call me crazy, but weren't there reports from users/illustrators that when they tested the pencil, the Pro screen had a matte/grip to it? I don't see/feel any difference compared to my iPad Air 2?

I can't believe this is an Air 2 next to it, it look so small now !

LOL. Crazy right? But, I've read a lot of posts from people saying you have to have a "laptop/messenger bag to carry it around. Per my "Man bag" pictures, that is definitely not the case.

You're not crazy. People did say that, and I knew right away it was either baseless speculation, or they had been using one with some kind of film on the screen. You could tell pretty clearly from the keynote and related marketing videos that the screen was the same smooth glass as other iPads.

Personally, I'm glad they didn't texture it. Gives me the option to do it with a film and remove it if it diminishes the retina quality.

That said, the translucent packing wrap took me by surprise. Every Apple product I've ever purchased was wrapped in crystal clear plastic :)
