Mini Slow after firmware Update

Is anyone else having issues after updating their mini's firmware last friday?

I have a mid 2010? with 2.4 Core 2 Duo and 8GB running 10.7.2 and did the update. Ever since then this machine seems to be sluggish with even my few desktop icons disappearing and reappearing after trying to open up files.

No issues previously - and I've been watching the activity monitor/cpu usage. Percentage seems fine. Not even close to over working but system still really slow?

Any ideas?

Nope no issues here.

I'm using a Mac Mini Server 2010 with 8GB RAM.

Maybe a SMC/PRAM reset will help.

I've been having same problems with 2010 Mini since I updated to 10.6.8 - networking slow or dead and all kinds of bugs. Will try this SMC/PRAM reset.
