Mini-toslink to mini-Toslink cable?

Does such a cable exist? Or do I need to buy two mini-Toslink adapters? All I want to do is connect a MacBook Pro to an iPod Hi-Fi using an optical connection.

They do exist, I've looked around but I can't find any in the US for sale. Keep looking you will find one 😛
