The next Mini probably won't be released until either very late this year, or -- more likely -- early next year.

When it arrives, it will probably have the Haswell CPU with Intel 4600 integrated graphics.

I don't foresee a dedicated GPU in the Mini for a while (if ever).
I could be completely wrong about that...

Please stop the crap about the GPU.
The TS is a graphic designer, and probably wants a fast machine with excellent display. The Mini or the Pro are the only options for that, as you are tied to the built in display with the iMac.
GPU is completely irrelevant for CS6 use. ONE handful of "you-don't-want-to-use-anyway-filters" are accelerated by GPU, and that means they are accelerated by the HD4000 too. Woohoo: they go in 1 second instead of 2.5 on the 980MX in the iMac. Irrelevant!
And the 2.3 quad Mini is faster than any non BTO imac on 95% of the TS duties.
Remember the Pro coming with a 7300GT? It allowed to drive 2 30 inch Cinema Displays and nobody whined about it. The HD4000 is four times as powerfull and does dual 30 inch 2560x1600 screens with ease.
