Hey im a mac noob and recently hooked up macbook up to my sony bravia via mini dvi to male male vga adapters. Comes in fine in terms of color and clarity yet the sizing is all off. The words on the upper menu are large and all my windows seem super zoomed in with large lettering and being very wide when i open things. Anyone know how to help? I figure ill have to change resolutions but now i cant find the orignal for my 13inch mac intel

Apple Menu>System Preferences>Displays, then change the resolutions, and I would suggest disabling Mirroring, as that is usually the cause for these issues, since most computers have a higher resolution than any HDTV. You can quickly disable mirroring by hitting the F7 key on most *Books.
