All iPads Minimum speed required for high speed 4g lte or 5g data ?

Curious what everyone's opinion is on this.

Don't know of anyone who actually downloads content to their iPad out and about but I could be wrong maybe some do.

100 megabits per second? I never seem to get anything more than that with high speed 4G LTE.
