Minimum volume too high

Hi guys, the minimum volume of my iPhone 11 is too loud. Is like from medium goes straight to mute. Audio level between 1-6% seems to be missing. I dont have this problem with my Ipad. I cant listen my meditation music while I sleep because is too loud. Is there a way to fix this? Is it maybe a problem of ios? I have ios 14.4. Thank you

You could always try to factory reset to see if this fixes the issue but this is something you should take directly with Apple and use your warranty.

Are you saying this is what you're perceiving with your ears or is it that you are seeing the volume indicator jump from medium to zero and skipping the low volume area?
