Minor Safari bug?

Not sure if it is just me or not, or even if this is an actual bug - When in Full Screen mode on Safari - if you right (command) click on an image to save as wallpaper, will it actually change the wallpaper?

I noticed I have to exit full screen mode.

I guess it gets confused figuring out which space the wallpaper should be assigned to. In Full Screen, the option to set a wallpaper probably shouldn't even exist.
