Mirror iPhone screen on Mac?

I would like to know how to mirror the my iPhone screen on my Mac as seen in the picture from the March 6th event. Is this even possible for a regular person (not a secret society member at Apple) to do? If so what kind of equipment do I need to get?

Thanks for the reply! I saw this thread before I posted. I tried downloading TightVNC but it is only for Linux and Windows. So I started this thread. I guess I should of posted something there about this seeing how I'm always such a nag to others about searching before they post.

Well I typed "vnc for mac" into Google and it came up with lots of possible vnc clients for your macbook 🙂

I guess that would work the same.
