Misalligned Table of Contents in Pages 09...help!

Hi so I've set all my titles and such to show up in the TOC in pages 09. Everything is good. However out of all of my 30+ titles in the TOC, the page numbers for 3 of them show up right beside the title instead of on the very right hand side..

I've tried playing around for a bit, even deleted and created a new title but the numbering keeps showing up on the left instead of right.
