Missed calls in notification center

Does anyone know how to clear missed calls from notification center? I tried clearing out recent calls in the phone app and that didn't work. Any ideas? Thanks.

Reboot the phone. Hopefully, you won't have to do this each time.

They stay for 24 hrs then they clear away.

You can clear them when you want to.
