Since last update:

Scenario: receiving a call, I can see the incoming call.

Afterwards, it does not show a missed call notification with a tap on the Xs. Nor does the phone app. Only when I enter the app will there be a missed call. I noticed I missed tons of them.

Restart does not fix this. Anyone else bumped into it?

What device and iOS version?

Something that just recently started happening to me when all my devices are near each other on the same network: my iPad and Mac will ring but not my phone. My phone won’t ring and doesn’t show a missed call, but if I go into the call history, it’s there. This is a regular phone call and not FaceTime. I’ve had many issues with WiFi calling and calls on other devices since iOS 12. Don’t know if that’s related or not...

Yes thank you...

I have similar experiences.

I noticed the same issue with my Xs. It started for me after a few days of using the phone without a restart. I had tried some different settings and it seems to be related with the DnD feature "Bedtime". I could partially reproduce the issue after activating and deactivating DnD. Since then I disabled Bedtime and had no issues...
